Taumadhi Tol is Bhaktapur's oldest square, where the five-tiered Nyatapola temple — Nepal's tallest pagoda — has stood for over 300 years without a single structural compromise. This restored Newari house is 80 metres from the temple courtyard, in the medieval street grid that UNESCO has preserved intact.
