Ilam Cardamom and Honey Farm

Large cardamom (alainchi) is the flavour of eastern Nepal — grown under bamboo canopy along hillside stream banks, its pods harvested by hand and dried over wood fires that give it a distinctive smokiness. This farm grows both large cardamom and forest honey.
